My house smells like burning yeast. My bread dough blobbed over the sides of the pan and onto the bottom of the oven. Millet loaf yay. The crispy bits stuck to the side of the pan taste good, though.

So, Ramona may have taken one bite out of each apple, but a certain Beezus just took a nibble out of each egg I boiled this morning. Guess I'm making egg salad.

Yay! All fixed.
Didn't get to make donuts last night so I did it just now. Good thing I'm not Catholic. Anyway, I butchered a sour cream donut recipe into wheat free. Ehhh not so great actually. GF dough is too gooey to roll out and cut so I dropped spoonfuls into the fryer. Too big spoonfuls, I had big fried lumps that didn't cook in the middle. That's why they cut those holes in the first place! Grr. Well, it's almost like cream filling. Finally figured out I could do teeny blobs and they'd be almost like donut holes/munchkins/timbits. Only... crunchy. Totally not worth the effort.
Speaking of food, I discovered Cheeseslave. Pretty cool stuff.
